Returns & Refunds
Thanks for shopping with us! We hope you love your order, but if it’s not quite what you expected, you can send it back within 14 days of delivery.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your purchase, no explanation needed. Just be sure the return package reaches us within that time frame.
Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Register your return/exchange shipment by contacting info@monathelabel.nl. Once your shipment has been registered, the return instructions will be provided.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you’ve received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@monathelabel.nl so we can sort it out for you.
Items that are worn, damaged, or returned without prior notice to our customer service will not be accepted. Such returns are considered invalid and the products will be disposed of.
Return Costs
Please note that we don’t cover shipping and customs fees (import duties or taxes) on returned items. You’re responsible for all return shipping costs and any related charges. Make sure to keep your shipping receipt until your return has been confirmed as delivered to our warehouse. We can’t take responsibility for lost packages without a valid tracking number or proof of shipment.
Processing Time
We process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be handled within 10 business days. You can follow the status of your parcel through the tracking link provided. Once your refund has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please note it can take up to 7 days for the amount to show on your bank account.
