Our Fabrics

Organic fabrics

At MoNa The Label, we consciously choose to work exclusively with organic fabrics. This is not a trend for us, it is a core value.

We believe that true quality starts with the materials. By using organic cotton and non-toxic textiles, we ensure our products are safe to wear, gentle on the skin, and made to last. No harmful chemicals, no hidden toxins. Just pure, skin-friendly comfort.

This choice is also about responsibility. Organic production supports better working conditions for the people who make our products and is far kinder to the environment.

For us, this is personal. Sensitive skin and eczema, like Nadeche experiences herself, remind us daily why fabric choice matters. Clothing should never irritate your skin; it should feel soft, safe, and comforting.

No microplastics

Unlike synthetics, organic cotton doesn’t shed plastic particles and is biodegradable.

Lets your skin breathe

Natural fibers allow airflow, helping reduce sweat, heat buildup, and irritation.

No harsh chemicals

Organic cotton is grown without toxic pesticides or chemical treatments that can stay in fabrics and affect your skin.

Absorbs moisture

It pulls sweat away from your skin instead of trapping it like polyester does.

Better for sensitive skin

Softer fibers mean less friction, making it ideal for sensitive, acne-prone, or allergy-prone skin.

Polyester is being discouraged more and more because of its impact on your skin, health, and the environment. Here’s the simple reason why:

1. It traps heat and sweat

Polyester doesn’t breathe well, which can cause overheating, odor buildup, and skin irritation.

2. It sheds microplastics

Every wash releases tiny plastic fibers into water systems. These microplastics end up in oceans, food, and even our bodies.

3. It’s made from fossil fuels

Polyester is basically plastic made from oil. It’s not renewable and has a high carbon footprint.

4. It’s harder to recycle properly

Even though it’s “technically recyclable,” most polyester clothing still ends up in landfills or gets burned.

5. It can irritate sensitive skin

Synthetic fibers and chemical treatments can cause itching, rashes, and worsen skin conditions.
