OUR FABRICS

How It Started

Mo grew up in the US after his family fled Syria in search of safety and opportunity. Nadeche, a Dutch girl who moved to the States as an au pair, met him by chance. A few months into dating, they started dreaming about creating a clothing brand together. Something cool. Something meaningful. Something of their own.
But like most early dreams, they didn’t have the budget to bring it to life. So they put the idea aside, choosing instead to enjoy their youth, travel, and make the kind of memories you look back on years later.

Why We Came Back to This Dream

Five years later everything changed. Mo’s parents were still living in the same unsafe neighborhood where a shooting at the end of 2024 sent two bullets straight into their home. One bullet missed one of their children by inches. Their house is infested with bedbugs and roaches and no family deserves to live in those conditions.
So the idea for the brand returned but this time with a purpose. A mission. Every single item we create exists for one reason: to help buy Mo’s parents a safe home.
One hundred percent of the profit goes toward this goal. Every purchase moves this mission forward. Every order brings us one step closer to giving them the safety and dignity they deserve.

What We Stand For

We knew we couldn’t build a brand with a powerful story unless the product lived up to it. Quality had to be just as meaningful as the mission. That’s why every piece is made from heavyweight, 100 percent organic cotton, produced in Turkey by manufacturers who take pride in their craftsmanship.
We personally visited the factories, met the people behind the machines, and made sure their working conditions were safe, respectful, and fair. From fabric selection to sampling, from labels to final stitching we were involved in every detail.
The result is something we’re proud of. Clothing that feels luxurious. Designs that are timeless. Pieces that last. And a brand built on purpose, intention, and heart.
When you wear our products, you’re not just supporting a clothing brand. You’re part of a mission that changes a family’s future.

100% Cotton

Organic cotton is better for your skin because it’s breathable, gentle, and free from harsh chemical residues found in many synthetic fabrics like polyester, nylon etc.

Here’s why:

1. Lets your skin breathe

Natural fibers allow airflow, helping reduce sweat, heat buildup, and irritation.

2. No harsh chemicals

Organic cotton is grown without toxic pesticides or chemical treatments that can stay in fabrics and affect your skin.

3. Better for sensitive skin

Softer fibers mean less friction, making it ideal for sensitive, acne-prone, or allergy-prone skin.

4. Absorbs moisture

It pulls sweat away from your skin instead of trapping it like polyester does.

5. No microplastics

Unlike synthetics, organic cotton doesn’t shed plastic particles and is biodegradable.

Why we don't use polyester

Polyester is being discouraged more and more because of its impact on your skin, health, and the environment. Here’s the simple reason why:

1. It traps heat and sweat

Polyester doesn’t breathe well, which can cause overheating, odor buildup, and skin irritation.

2. It sheds microplastics

Every wash releases tiny plastic fibers into water systems. These microplastics end up in oceans, food, and even our bodies.

3. It’s made from fossil fuels

Polyester is basically plastic made from oil. It’s not renewable and has a high carbon footprint.

4. It’s harder to recycle properly

Even though it’s “technically recyclable,” most polyester clothing still ends up in landfills or gets burned.

5. It can irritate sensitive skin

Synthetic fibers and chemical treatments can cause itching, rashes, and worsen skin conditions.
